We have operated in the greater Attleboro area for over thirty years. In December 2001, Paul R. Oliveira joined the firm as a principal adding his 28 years of experience to our firm. We employ five CPAs in addition to accounting and administrative staff. We received an unqualified opinion on our most recent peer review conducted in 2006 by the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.

Our firm currently provides audit services to clients in several industries. Mr. Castro’s experience at Ernst & Young, LLP included audits of large multi-national firms to small local companies. Mr. Oliveira has performed dozens of audits with an emphasis in the not-for-profit sector. As audit manager Mr. Castro was responsible for all technical and administrative aspects of performing audits. We believe the large audit firm experience combined with the flexibility, service and consistency of a small firm are a unique asset of our firm.

The founder of the firm, Thomas O. Castro, was a former IRS agent and built the firm as a tax practice in 1972. From that time we have continued to provide high quality tax services to our corporate and individual clients. The five CPAs on staff have over 100 years of experience in preparing tax returns, providing tax consulting and resolving tax issues. This is the foundation of our firm and our greatest strength.

We provide a flexible fee and payment policy to meet our clients needs. We offer fixed fee, hourly and retainer arrangements.
